I have some webcam source that works. I, for some reason, cannot add anymore webcam sources to existing or new overlays. When I go to add a webcam source it shows up in the top, left-hand corner of the preview window as a bounding box square...just one tiny one...if I click it or anywhere else on the screen it disappears. While I can duplicate the webcam source across multiple scenes, if I do and any of its properties, it applies the change to every overlay. So if I wanted to switch settings by scene, Id have to manually change it every time. This is really dysfunctional. Im hoping someone has had this issue and knows how to get the additional webcam source to recenter on the screen vs. being in no-man's-land. Here's what Ive already tried:
Uninstalling/reinstalling OBS
Clicking the red bounding box square (it disappears)
Selecting the video capture item in sources and using the arrow keys to nudge the element
Creating new scenes
Changing the size of the video capture
Activating/deactivating the video capture
I also attached an example of what it looks like when I add the new video capture element and what my base cam settings are:
