Video Capture/Display Capture Not Working - Macbook Pro 2012

I'm using a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 running on mac0S Catalina. Whenever i select those options, neither the camera nor the selected windows doesnt appear on the frame. All i see are blank/black screen. I checked my system preferences and security privacy, OBS doesnt have any access to my camera and screen sharing. During the setup configuration, it didnt ask the system if its permitted to use those. Please help! Thank you!

So, when you unlock/midify the security screen, did you check the boxes to give access?

OBS is not on the list at all

Mine has OBS in Camera and Microphone - scroll up and down list???

Check under Screen Recording in the Security & Privacy area. I've got an OBS to check there, too.
