Question / Help Video Capture Device not showing after update

After latest update, my webcam doesn't show up and I have no video. The red square appears to be crammed in the upper left corner. I can't get a video capture device to show up. Please help!

Also, I'm running 1440p ultrawide so I'm not sure if that is affecting it. The link below is my log file. thanks!

Remove the video capture source from the scene and add it back again and setup. It happens sometimes. Also, click on the video capture source and then move it up the sources chain..

Thanks for the reply but I tried that and still nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Just get the red circle in the top left.

Also tried uninstalling/reinstalling my camera. No dice...

Why do you have the camera up in another program?

I believe that was from trying to set up another Scene and use the same camera but I'm not sure. Either way, upon starting OBS again I still have the same problem and no "Run failed" messages in the current log file.
