Video Capture Device image jumps out of position

I have an irritating little issue.
I line up my Video Capture Device to sit inside a TV monitor graphic which is in place in Keynote (image 1).
When I click back to Keynote to begin presenting, the Video Capture device pings off slightly (image 2).
I’m new to OBS and have overcome a few challenges regarding sound, but this one has me foxed. Could you tell me if I am doing something silly to make this happen?
I presented using Keynote on a live stream to YouTube on New Year’s Eve and this wasn’t a problem for me.

Been checking a few things and I think I have solved my problem (I think). I went into Settings > Video and changed the Base Resolution and Output resolution to 1920 x 1080 and I seemed to have consistency now. I was sure I had these settings already, but they had somehow changed. Shrugs shoulders
