Bug Report video capture device flip horizontal bug

i just bought my c920 and added that to obs as my capture device and it wont let me flip it horizontally it will just stay the same and i know how you can flip it, it just doesn't work. any ideas?

(windows 7,64 bit) obs 23.1.0
