Question / Help Video Capture Device Error

When I try to add cam via Video Capture Device OBS will let me select Facetime as source but the webcam itself will not show up or even turn on. I checked logs and this is what I saw:

Was Facetime running (in the background) while trying this? Only one application can claim the cam at any time.
