I recently bought a video capture device to display the screen of my Nintendo Switch on my PC. After various tutorials, the image is displayed without any problem, but I can't get any sound. And when I look in the advanced audio settings tab, my video capture device shows up as inactive.
I've seen other people with this problem and I've tried their method of resolution but nothing seems to work with me.
