Hi everyone,

I'm using the following setup:

Video Capture Card: Elgato HD60S+
USB Microphone: HyperX SoloCast
Webcam: Logitech c922 Pro Stream

The problem is that I'm not able to use the microphone when the HD60S+ is connected to the laptop. If I go to Windows 10 Sound Settings I can see a "Digital Audio Interface" for the HD60S+ in the Recordings tab, but I'm unable to see the microphone, it doesn't appear in the list. If I disconnect the HD60S+ and then re-connect the microphone Windows detects it and I can finally see the microphone in the list under the Recordings tab. If after doind this I try to connect the HD60S+ then I'm unable to see the "Digital Audio Interface" in the Recordings list. So, I have to choose between listening to the audio from the capture card or using my USB microphone. This is a very strange issue because there are sometimes when both get detected by Windows withou any issue, this usually happends after I restart the laptop and at very random times.

Does anyone know what is happening? All my USB ports are 3.0 and I also have a USB 3.0 Hub connected to my laptop using a USB-C port (the microphone is connected to this hub). I'm also using a gaming mouse connected directly to my laptop. Everything is connected directly to my laptop except the microphone which is connected to the USB Hub using the USB-C port.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you

I executed the USB Device Tree Viewer and here is the screenshot. Is it possible to use all my devices at the same time?

The devices that I have connected directly to my laptop USB ports are:

Elgato HD60S+ (Using USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A Port)
Logitech c922 Pro Stream webcam (USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A Port)
Logitech G502 mouse (USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A Port)

Additionally my laptop has USB-C port where I have a USB Hub with 4 USB 3.0 ports. The only thing that I have connected to this USB Hub is the following:

HyperX SoloCast USB Microphone (Connected through USB Hub using USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C Port on laptop)

Brin the elgato to the 3.1 hub

I'm already using all the USB ports on my laptop and all of my devices seem to be connected to the same USB Hub (Intel(R) USB 3.20 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.20). How can I switch the Elgato HD60S+ to the other 3.1 Hub? Should I configure something in Windows 10 to force the Elgato HD60S+ to connect to the other hub?

Thanks for your help!
