Video/Audio Streaming to Mixcloud while at same time streaming audio to Shoutcast Server?

I'm setting up an online radio station. I'd like to live stream my local programmed files with my live video to Mixcloud through OBS. I'd like to send an additional audio-only feed to a Shoutcast-supported webhost. Is there a fairly simple way to do this?
