Video & audio problems

(1) VIDEO - The recorded video is not the same size as original screen, although "output" had been set same as "input" in the "Settings" menu.
(2) AUDIO - Though initially correct, problems arise after a little time.

You may also see the resulting recorded video at: www.docum.com/p/OBSproblems.mp4 containing the video and audio problems.

Apparently you're running without iGPU driver and using the Microsoft basic render driver.
Most probably not even installed the controllers for the CPU itself as both are installed together.

As per for the infringement of copyrighted material, you're on your own.

Thanks for your reply which, IMHO, drives to a nice suggestion for improvement of OBS that should automatically install the missing drivers and controllers if they are not found during the first setup.

As for myself, I've found a workaround to download my friend's video. No copyright problems, thanks for worrying

The issue with OBS remains unsolved.

As long as you don't fix the missing driver issue the problem can't be solved.
OBS do check but don't download, and never should, drivers. This is a task that you should keep an eye into and always double check.
You should directly ask your friend to sent you the video. As far as I know it's against the ToS of Youtube to download videos from their platform, unless you are the owner of the channel from where you download the video (it's a feature)

Thankfully, no app will try to fix your PC on startup. You (or your PC admin) are responsible for keeping your system updated and healthy. If random apps start "fixing" random PC issues, the behavior of the PC isn't predictable any more.

You and PaiSand are right regarding automatic installation of new drivers. However, any newly installed software could give at least a warning about this sort of conflict, if found.

Thanks all of you for your comments.
