Video / audio output

Hi all I have looked high and low so I am running both Mac and windows just depends where I am running it from so I have download VB-cable but when I plays and thing in obs with audio I can not get it to send it out to zoom Facebook what ever we are streaming too but how do set it up so o can also hear the audio from the video clips I am running a yeti mic
