Video/Audio automatically out of sync when starting OBS

I have noticed my video becoming out of sync with audio (from media sources) with random scenes after starting up OBS, and have isolated that according to the attached stats window, occurs upon starting up OBS studio and/or switching scene collections. I think that these initial dropped frames, low FPS, and high averaging render time is causing random sources becoming out of syn (video/audio). I have been varying lots of things but nothing I'm doing seems to speed up/have a smooth start up (per stats window) or switching scene collections. Thoughts?

I also notice audio not in sync with video. frustrating because I want to stream to youtube. the video is fine but you can tell the audio is off if you see someone talking. Here is a log file

I'm away from my desk atm, so I can'tload the log. But, my audio and video havebeen out of sync for a while. I do my on camera stuff in recordings, not Livestream, though. And, that means I can tell you the difference for me is a post-production adjustment of 0.11 in Davinci Resolve.

Love to know why this is a thing.
