I'm using a Blackmagic intensity pro 4k. I have a computer HDMI out connected to it and I have a camera connected to a usb HDMI input. If I open the properties for the Intensity pro I see the computer screen in the properties window. When I close it the preview screen shows black. If I swap the camera and computer I see the computer screen and the camera disappears.

I've tried all of the steps I've found on line. I'm running the correct version. I have compatibility set to Windows 7, I have run as administrator set. All of the posts I've seen refer to black screen but none mention seeing the output in the properties window for the device.
Any suggestions?
