The last 6/8 pixles on bottom of VHS are just bad data from the VCR head, it's possible to overlap with 6 black lines of pixels?
i dont' want any resize... any cropping.. i want jut to averlap bottom lines with BLACK lines.
the input device resolution is 768x576
the output needs to be also 768x576
no resizing of any kind and no changes of any kind of input signal (no deinterlace, nothing.. just RAW unprocessed signal)
same image from input with a black bar of 6/8 height on bottom (i want to preserve the 768x576 format to be sure players can handle the video without PAR DAR SAR infos.
