Question / Help Very very low quality when streaming /w youtube 720p

I am getting a low-quality screen when streaming, especially when I'm streaming Minecraft. What should I do in order to enhance my streaming experience?
Here is my streaming test video. I think it's fine when I'm browsing the website, but it's quite unacceptable when I am playing Minecraft.

get some discrete gpu like gtx 1050Ti, intel igpu cant run game and obs properly
