Very unstable frames while recording and no desktop audio

So i recently redownloaded OBS studio and was trying to record some rainbow six siege when i finished recording i went back to look at the recording and realized that i had no audio other than my mic and the video would freeze up or stutter at points. attached are the most recent log files because i dont know which one is the correct one

In your sources, your Audio will have an Advanced Audio Properties option
Make sure your Audio isn't set to Monitor Only (ie you can hear it, but it isn't sent to Recording/Streaming output)

Update I am dumb and had the wrong audio source picked. but I do still need help with the unstable FPS while recording

We need a log with a recording attempt to see what's happening -- none of those have one. Do a test recording of a few minutes, then stop recording, and with OBS still open, upload the current log file.
