Question / Help Very Low Quality Local Recording with VCE

Hi everyone,

I've been using OBS VCE for a long time and wanted to try Multiplatform because of the multiple audio track feature but there is a problem I can't fix. While I'm recording locally, quality is extremely low, lower half of the screen is completely blurred, video size is very low "3.4mb for 2 minutes" and let's say that I record a 5 minute video but the output file is only 40 seconds or so. I am running the 64bit instance of OBS Multiplatform.

My system specs are as follows:

AMD FX 6350 3.9ghz 6 core
AMD R9 270
8gb DDR3 1600mhz ram
Regular HDD

My OBS Multiplatform settings are as follows:

Output:
Format - MP4
Bitrate - 20.000
Profile - High
Keyframe Interval - 2
Rate Control - CBR
Buffer Size - 0
Low Latency - On (I don't know what this does so I let it at default state which is On)
Consecutive B-frame Count - 2
Min QP - 1
Max QP - 51
Use Custom Max Bitrate - Unticked

Video:
Directx 11
Base Resolution - 1920*1080
Output Resolution - 1920*1080 (I don't use downscale)
FPS - 30

Advanced:
Color Format - NV12 (Default setting)
YUV Color Space - 601 (Default setting)
YUV Color Range - Partial (Default setting)

Any help is appreciated. I really want to use OBS Multiplatform but I can't get it to work. Please help. Latest log file is also included.

Update: Problem is solved by disabling custom buffer size. For some reason it doesn't work like it does on OBS VCE. If you encounter the same problem, just disable it.
