Log does not include a streaming or recording session, post a new or past one where you finished a recording.

Two possible things:
- your GPU is overloaded (OBS needs a few % performance to work it's stuff), to solve this you need to add a little bit of FPS limit your game or use VSync
- Your CPU should be possible to handle OBS, but it might clock down due to heat issues.

Make sure yours notebooks is properly cooled, sits on a hard flat surface and monitor temperatures or clock rates to check if it's a heat issue.

Also make sure to use the "x264 (low cpu usage)" encoder preset in OBS or any hardware encoder if available (NVEnc, QSV)
