Question / Help Very low Desktop sound in the stream through headphone amplifier

I have been streaming for some time, I was never running into any issues with audio.

Recently I purchased a Mojo Chord headphone amplifier. I have it connected to my computer via USB, and am using Digital Sound for all my PC audio. I am having no issues with it, all programs are picking it up without any issues, including recording programs like Mirillis Action!

This is where the OBS issue starts: when streaming my desktop sounds are very quiet, basically unhearable. They sound very muffled as well.

I have tried manually adding Gain to the Desktop audio source, I tried increasing the volume in the audio mixer, I played around with audio bitrates, I tried multiple audio lane setups in the program, I tried Mono and Stereo channels, I changed Windows Master Volume, I changed OBS volume in Windows Audio Mixer, I basically tried to change every single audio setting I could find in the program and in Windows, I can't even remember everything I tried.

My windows has the headphone amplifier set as the primary device, all other devices are deactivated. I changed the option to "Lower sound when recognizing communication" to "Do nothing".

I am pretty sure I have tried everything that I could find on the Internet how to fix it, but it's still not working. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Can anyone help me with it?

Noone ever answered, but just in case someone eventually find this forum post with the same issue: I fixed the issue by reinstalling Windows, nothing else worked. I could not find a fix anywhere on the Internet and after trying out everything I gave up.
