Question / Help Very Laggy

Ok, my problem is that When I use obs to record my gameplay it is very choppy and laggy. It does not matter if my bit rate's high or low its always super laggy gameplay. It does not matter what PC I am using my desktop which is a GTX 1050 or my brand new laptop MSI 1060 i76700 16gb. It records everything as a choppy mess It's like a slide show. Would I recording in FLV and remuxing it to mp4 be causing this issue?https://gist.github.com/anonymous/ddcbdd9e8288cf2030adac603ccb0fcc

First of all disable Game DVR and second the log is imcomplete and doesnt show any attempt or recording or streaming. Please record for 5-10 minutes and close/open OBS and upload the latest and not the current Logfile.

On a sidenote, you also have multiple game captures in a single scene thats not the proper way keep your scenes as clean as possible and rather creat new scenes for each game so you can disable the source when the scene is not active.

Well first off that was from about an hour of recording not sure why it said it was not from any recordings. I did not upload the video clips this time like I did when it first started in January. This is basically what it looks like through https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqEREvGp9v0&t=100s. Also, I noticed something Back in January when I first started getting this issue I posted here with log files and even uploaded the recording that the log file Came with which is the yt video I just posted. The thing is both this log file and the January one look identical. Also, Gaming DVR recording is set to off in my windows 10 settings. not sure why the file says its on. I just went and double checked it and its off.
