Question / Help Very laggy when streaming

Hi there.

First of all I am going to give you my PC specs. I have a GTX1060 6GB, AMD RYZEN 3, 8GB DDR4 RAM.
Whenever I am on OBS the preview is very laggy. This is the same for when I stream. I am asking if I need to change some settings or anything else. If so please reply and help.
