I uploaded my last log file used: https://gist.github.com/05202d6c90b572a8186e57f1aff7cc46
So I've been trying to record any game and I have examples of it lagging completely for my H1Z1, even on the lowest settings and even though OBS is capturing it at 60fps, and I'm getting it at 90FPS on h1z1.
You can see that I am using the AMD Framework encoder in the log.
Here are my specifications:
SSD: 512GB Crucial
HDD: 1.5TB
CPU: Intel i5 4440
PSU: 600W EVGA 80+ GOLD PSU
RAM: 24GB DDR3 MEMORY
GPU: RX480 8GB SAPPHIRE
OS: WINDOWS 10 HOME
I know it sounds pretty stupid but at first I thought it was the video encoder problem for my GPU (OpenGL/Direct11) so I tried it with OpenGL, this is the log file for when I tried to use OpenGL (file was worse at the end though, but letting you know just in case) https://gist.github.com/anonymous/05202d6c90b572a8186e57f1aff7cc46
would appreciate help.
