I stream Assetto Corsa on a regular basis and never had any issues until this evening. The game (not the stream) lags like crazy for a few seconds then is ok, then it lags again but there is no drop in FPS. This is happening when OBS is running. If I close OBS down the game runs smooth as silk. Can anyone help please?

You didn't do it correctly never paste a log into this is just is too hard to deal with like this.

Also you need to include a recording in your log, record/stream for a few minutes then stop and without closing obs click upload current log file. Then paste the URL it gives you into the reply box below.

It is a few simple steps to upload a logfile to greatly assist others in providing you help with troubleshooting. I can immediately see one potential issue though, your game resolution set at 3840x2160 might be too much for your video card to handle whilst recording, causing latency in display output.

Try dropping your game resolution down some a bit.

Thank you for the replies so far, it is appreciated. I have never had an issue streaming with my GTX 980 Ti at 3840x2160. But, I think I may have found the issue, and it seems to be related to GSync on my monitor with Assetto Corsa. When OBS is running with Gsync enabled for full screen mode only Assetto Corsa lags like crazy, when I switch is to Gsync enabled for windowed and full screen mode it is smooth as silk. Any ideas why?

Sorry I cannot assist further, as I don't have a G-Sync monitor or a nVidia card.
Maybe drivers/driver settings? It might be the way G-Sync itself interacts with the video card.
