I've tried streaming @ 2000Kbps and the constant bitrate spikes (2000-2500Kbps) is causing high latency in games. I'm sure my computer is capable enough of doing x264 @ 720p30. It is a R5 1600x, absolutely no problems with framerates, just my ping.
Could this possibly my modem having trouble handling packets, dunno what to do anymore.
