Question / Help Very high frame drops

I'm having the same problem. All the sudden studio started dropping at least 50% of my frames.It was working fantastic before the update. I don't know what is going on. I use OBS studio at least three times a week with no problem and then this happened. It has made it so I can't stream. Someone please help. I have checked my internet connection, changed servers, and changed my bit rate. No luck.

On output settings, change the encoder from x264 to NVENC H.264, change your bitrate to 2500 and fps to 30, gold settings for non partnered streamers!
