Hey everyone, I got a new Ryzen cpu, and I got such a BIIIG problem with my cpu usage with stream. So, my setup is Ryzen 1700X 3.8 ghz, gtx 1060 3 gb and 8 gb ram. I was trying to start a stream with 1080p60@, fast preset, 2500 bitrate, and when I started, I got 35%+ cpu usage WITHOUT ANY OF SOURCES. I tried out to open a game, such as cs:go, but it was between 70-150 fps - unplayable with 144 hz monitor. I can't find any helpful information with my problem, so I hope you can help me, please.
