Hey everyone, I have read everything I could find on google so far about this problem but no fix yet. I'm getting between 55-70% CPU usage in Task Manager when I open OBS. I am currently using x264 but I've changed it to NVENC before, didn't notice any changes in the quality nor CPU usage .I have 700 Down/800 Up so I'd think speed isn't the issue. I have tried Rescale output on and off, no help either. PLEASE HELP! I've spent days trying to figure this out with no avail.
