VERY high cpu usage from browser sources

Okay first off I have a Ryzen 7 3700x RTX 2070 Super and 16gb ram. I'm kind of new to the pc world so I'll do my best to explain the issue. I've been streaming on twitch with OBS and have not had any issues until I decided to upgrade my stream (add a facecam new overlay etc). My cpu usage after adding in new browser sources is through the roof. In an effort to reduce the impact on my pc I added everything through one browser source and put my whole overlay there in streamelements but even that has my cpu usage at like 60% when I'm not even streaming:( I know the facecam isn't the issue its the overlay because when I shut that off it goes down to like 6% cpu usage. I want my stream to be interactive show the top cheerers, recent sub/follow etc. I want it to look nice but I cant even have OBS open with chrome let alone running a game too. I don't know what to do anymore posting here as a last resort. I have friends telling me to switch to SLOBS but I don't want to I really like obs

I think - first computer is too busy, buy old one computer and run overlay in OBS on this computer, send signal over NDI. Is one of solution.
