Hey guys, below are my PC specs.
i5 6600k (Overclocked to 4.3GHz)
MSI GAMING X GTX 1060 3gb
Z170 TOMAHAWK AC
16GB G-SKILL RAM
275GB Crucial SSD
I know I have a very good build, I just built it yesterday. However while OBS records this in 90 fps and max settings in game, the quality couldn't be worse. I've tried using OpenGL and DirectX11 for rendering, played around with settings, but nothing makes the quality of the recording better.
My CPU usage is very low and fans are barely even spinning because temps are so low, so it can't be that it's not good enough. I used NVIDIA's share recorder, and it recorded my gameplay PERFECTLY. On my laptop, I have the opposite problem, its not the greatest laptop so fps is low but the quality of recording is very good.
Why is this? I will use NVIDIA's screen recorder if I have to but I'd much rather find a fix to OBS.
