As Adrian said, 30 FPS is where you need to stay. I can't remember if it was here or not but I ran across a guide that gave you a formula that incorporated your bandwidth, resolution, and frame rates at various bitrates and basically showed how raising framerates degraded your quality because of bandwidth limitations/requirements. After switching to 720p/30 and shifting crf to 20 I can stream high quality feeds with very little pixilation when compared to what I used to have when I attempted to stream at 720p/60. Your viewers will be happy with the change. Mine are.
