Very bad performance during recording with OBS

Hello,

My Fallout 4 VR version runs pretty good on pretty high settings i've got PC like below:

PROCESSOR: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHz
RAM: 16,0 GB
GPU: RTX 3070

And everything works fine but when i'm trying to record it with OBS i've got a lot of shuttering and reprojections - to be honest nothing really works - i was trying to lower the graphics settings and also making some tweaks with OBS - nothing really works.

I even don't have to start recording - it takes me only to launch OBS and performance is dropping immidietly - when i shut it off it's going back to normal and smooth.

It's really strange cause my task manager shows that fallout 4 vr is taking like 43% of CPU and OBS like 9-13%.
All other VR games runs well when running OBS.

Does anyone knows how to fix this issue?

P.S. sorry for my english.
Regards

record in lower fps, if its already at 60 maybe cap your fps in-game
i was trying recording in 30 fps but this does not change a thing.
As i wrote earlier - it only takes me to start OBS - i even don't have to record - and its starting reprojection and shuttering.

maybe you are running obs as administrator, run your game as an admin and open obs as a user.
