Question / Help Very bad FPS when recording

I just upgraded major parts of my PC and I'm trying to start recording using OBS but my frames are from 50-100 when normally they're normally around 200. I assumed with my upgrades they wouldn't take so much of a hit

OBS uses GPU resources to run. If your framerate is uncapped, you will see a reduction when OBS runs.

The log link is either empty or hastebin is having issues. OBS has a built-in tool that uploads loads, use that.
