vertical monitor noob question

i have a vertical monitor set as main monitor. when i stream obs, no matter what i do including resizing, rotating etc, it always streams in a vertical format on twitch. whats the work around for this? trying to stream horizontal to fill the screen. i can get projector preview the way i need but still come across vertical on twitch
