As no one can suggest a solution to this problem, I can only conclude OBS is just a basic encoder unsuitable to use when integrating with other software.
A broken/defective video file looks lik this. Since reports of this kind are extremely rare in connection with OBS, I would say it's not an OBS issue but an issue with your computer that might corrupt data on write or copy.
