So, what it looks like is this https://imgur.com/a/8e3sc0F

I never had the issue until yesterday night 27OCT2018. I can't fix it by restarting OBS or by turning monitor on/off or by restarting computer. My graphics drivers are up to date and I had recorded good videos with OBS right after update as well which was days before this footage image. I'm having this issue in multiple games. Lead and Gold, Mean Greens, and Team Fortress 2. I had thought I could find a solution online or fix on my own, but I'm at a loss.

It doesn't look like a part of the current frame at all. Any player shows it like this or it's from OBS Preview?

OOOH, you're right. It's not the current frame. It's like some stuck frame / stuck loading screen graphic. It changes occasionally as I traverse the map strangely. I don't know what's causing this though. It might be linked to my monitor?

You may make new Scene Collection and just add single 'Game Capture' source to it to see how it works with default settings of obs.

Do you use GSYNC?

Yeah, it's a gsync monitor. The Acer Predator XB272. I was able to fix it by deleting all sources and scenes and duplicating the setup. Suslik's suggestion and a friend's suggestion to do the same worked out. Thank you.

I have seen similar behavior before on a GSYNC monitor (in my case it was on the left), it's very random though.
