Vertical Image from iphone

halo i have a problem with my elgato , my tool is iphone ,elgato and obs, but the picture at obs is vertical,how to make it horizontal,thanks...
 
have you checked the iphone to make sure the screen is unlocked? in the control center it's a lock with an arrow around it make sure it's not active
