i am not sure if AMD encoder likes 48 fps. Try 30 or 60 fps, or maybe lower resolution. Maybe look for graphics driver updates that have a possible fix for the graphics card's encoder.

The VCE support in OBS-MP currently is done through Advanced Media Foundation (AMF). While this allows us to use VCE/NVENC/QS, the options we have are quite limited.
I can only guess that either the encoder has problems or too few keyframes to keep a sharp image. But I am not sure we will be able to fix this problem until native support for the hardware encoders is added to OBS.

Is it possible to use some simplified presets with minimum customisation options to make sure they work for real? Like "simple mode setup" that can be tuned later for some special aspects? My viewers have complained that obsMP is much harder to start using after normal OBS.
