vba and mgba issue (black screen)

I am trying to record a clip of pokemon radical red (have used both vba-m and mgba) however the video is a completely black screen. I have the source set to capture the specific window, and OBS says that it's there but the video is still blank. Been trying to fix for a while so please help.

Go to the source's properties, and select the VBA window again. It sucks to do it every time you reopen the program, but it's the only way.

How would I be able to change vba's GPU? Also RockinX's didn't work

Windows' graphics settings. Add the game to it and set high performance
