VB cable not working at all

Hello,

recently i was trying to level up my audio outputs in order to sound better with the hardware i have anf followed a few tutorials to the letter, linls will be provided.
I first ran into this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1VzeT9t24Y and for a time it was working rather well, no complaints there.
after a few days i started to run into some issues, and for some reason VB cable stopped picking up my audio entirely.
Today, i decided to try and fix it and followed other tutotials and forums, trying every single solution i could find.

I first looked into other tutorials and added a few steps in order to see if anything could have been missing in my settings.

nothing worked no matter what i changed.

I then turned to forums and tried other fixes that were offered.

I first looked into this one https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...vb-audio/7a1a2fc5-e827-48da-a399-e41fefc8a1a7 and VB cable wasn't present on the apps, only as the main audio, but no matter how i changed things, nothing worked.

I then turned to this post which seemed to have a similar issue as mine https://forum.vb-audio.com/viewtopic.php?t=1067
there i have tried
- checking if anything was muted => nothing is
- checked privacy settings if VB cable showed up => it doesn't

I then uninstalled and re installed VB cable three seperate times trying to see if it would change anything. Still absolutely nothing working.

I didn't find any other source of solutions and i feel helpless as of now.

for context about what exactly is going on :
I am using a Yeti X microphone and trying to make the audio picked up by it to go through OBS before being sent to discord and any other app such as voicemod in order to have a cleaned up input with the filters used in the first link above.

currently, I can see the cable input and output activated, unmuted and selected wherever i check, but the "cable output" in the sound configuration panel isn't picking up ANY audio no matter what i do or say, and therefore the "cable input" is completely silent as well"

Screenshots attached in order to show my settings.
In the first one i am talking loudly a note in order to show the output issue, second one are my OBS settings.
I need help to find a solution please.
