Question / Help Vaughn settings

I use obs on vaughn. Anyone have any suggestions to run smoother. It seems like its hit or miss on this site breakers.tv. It runs choppy and people complain but it runs fine for others. Any suggestions?

My download speed is 100mps and my upload is 10mps

I am currently running 2000 bit rate. I have no clue if this is good or not.

Is you video quality fine at 1400? Does it run choppy for some people?

I only stream a webcam but any videos I have streamed seemed to be O.K.
Just try it and judge for yourself...
