Question / Help Varying Audio Delay Every Stream

Hey, I have a really weird problem where my streams and recordings will have delayed audio ranging from perfectly synced to a full second delay and it's different every time. I can manually fix it by changing the sync offset, but since it's different every time it's annoying having to do this every single time I stream. I've tried all settings I can think of and the problem persists. Attached my last log file from a stream where the sound was delayed by 500ms so I had it set to 500ms sync offset. Very thankful for any help, been having this issue for months and I can't fix it.

Hi.

do you use any audio software e.g. virtual audio devices or compressors? or is obs just directly capturing the sound? is the audio delayed on both the stream and recording?

No virtual audio devices or compressors. OBS should just directly be capturing the sound I am hearing, sound is delayed both when recording and streaming but as I said its random, sometimes its perfectly in sync and sometimes its out of sync without me changing any settings at all.
I've discovered that its not every time I start a stream or recording, it's every time I start OBS there'll be a random audio delay. So if I keep OBS open and record 10 times all those 10 recordings will have the exact same delay but if I restart it will be different.
