Valorant in-game partially blank screen in OBS and Stream

I have been having this issue since I started streaming Valorant on twitch. I use OBS to stream. The cut scenes and menus show up normally, but during the game there is a very limited amount of things showing up in OBS. I have no video game play, just a few stats that are visible. So it is not all black but pretty close. I have tried going over some tutorials about a black screen with the game and OBS but those fixes do not work. Can anyone give some insight as to what is going on. Included are some screenshots to show how the game works and doesn't, the last photo is during a match.

NOTE: I do not have this problem with any other game that I have streamed.

I don't really know what I did but I went into video capture and turned off "Allow Transparency" and that still didn't work after restarting the game and OBS. Eventually it started working when I started Val first (as admin) then starting OBS (also as admin) and I did that many times before and it finally worked. The only thing I can think of is that I started Val first and then OBS (both as admin) and then it worked. I hope this issue and what I posted can help out others in the future.
