Once you open Valorant with or without recording it will flicker a smaller window of the past frame this will only happen after you have the game full screen for about 5 seconds. The fix to the issue can be easily fixed by going to the OBS website and finding a list of software that will bug out OBS. For me it was RivaTuner. What I did was go into the software go into the "Setup" tab scroll to the bottom and select "Use Microsoft Detours API hooking" then I selected Apply and OK. If the issue persists then it might have to do with GPU settings which you can fix by going into the windows settings and turning of Gaming Mode and GPU accel. Nvidia Overlay could also be the issue. Lastly you may have to go into OBS itself in. First go into Sources, next select the eye next to Display Capture until it becomes greyed out, then select Game Capture and above it should present you with a list of options you will want to select Mode it will have a drop down menu in it you will want to select Capture specific window, next select Window it will again present you with a drop down menu in it you will want to select "VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.EXE". This should hopefully fix your issue, if it doesn't I'm sorry I wasn't able to help.
