Question / Help V17.0.0 NOT DOWNLOADING

HELP, OBS-Studio v17.0.0 won't install, I thought it was because the old version was still installed, so I uninstalled it. Now none of them will install, I have the installer but it says "Error opening file for writing: C/:Program Files (x86), obs-studio, data, obs-plugins, win-capture, graphics-hook64.dll. I tried allowing everything in the security advanced options, still doesn't work.

That's not "not downloading"
That's "not installing"

And you really need to reboot the computer when you get errors like that.
