Question / Help Using YI 4K action cam as an input video source for OBS

I own YI 4K action camera. There is official Android app for this camera which I installed on my smartphone. This app connects to camera by Wi-FI, then I write in this app Server URL (rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2) and my stream key. Then I press the button "Go Live", then there is this QR-code on the screen of my smartphone for scanning it with my camera. After doing this my youtube-live starts flawlessly, video goes from the camera. Internet traffic goes from my smartphone for sending data to Youtube.
I am planning to launch live broadcasts from outside without computer using smartphone YI 4K app only. It would be great to show on the screen not just videostream from my action camera, but all these awesome themes and scenes and viewer counts and chat overlayed on top that OBS grants. Is that somehow possible? Can OBS intercept data that my smartphone is sending to Youtube, add overlays, and then send it to the final destination (Youtube) ?
