Question / Help using usb instrument into Zoom for a meeting

Sorry for being thick but I'm not up with the language used here. I already use Zoom in this context but felt that OSB would give me more control over the sound.
I've looked in the settings but don't see Zoom mentioned as a target under streaming.
Help

As far as I know, you can't stream to another app. I've tried using screen share in zoom and then shared the preview windows from OBS, but it causes to much lag so I've given up for now.

Zoom is not a streaming platform. You can't use it as an output for OBS.

What you can do is install the NDI plugin and the NDI runtime, open Virtual Input, and choose NDI output from OBS instead of a webcam-- but this option only exists in the Windows version of Zoom, not the MacOS version.
