Question / Help Using too much RAM/Memory

Whenever I try streaming, my computer uses up too much RAM (12 GB's) until OBS crashes. If I stream like this, with too much RAM being used, I don't drop any frames. If I switch a few settings around, I get little RAM usage, but dropping 80% of frames. I would love to know what the issue is, and what I can do to fix it.

From second log:

So, you need better connection (to get quality image streamed, I mean)

You can rescale to 480p and try.

That has nothing to do with RAM and I am currently trying with a resolution between 480p and 720p.

So, configure OBS to reproduce high RAM usage, try a stream, close OBS.
Open OBS and post that log.
