Question / Help Using the USB port for the video/audio input...

I am looking for a streaming software to use to stream our services to Facebook Live. I need to know if OBS can use the UBS as a input source. I have a Roland V-4EX video switch, https://proav.roland.com/global/products/v-4ex/, that has a USB output for streaming. I want to use this output for my input. Will I be able to use this in OBS?

I am not sure. I know the switch just outputs to the USB out port on the switch a video stream. There are no settings for this output in the switch.
