The scenario is as follows:
1) I want to stream a live event via OBS Studio to Facebook where there will be a maximum of four people in the frame at the same time
2) I am using a Mac with two iPhones connected via USB for the visual part of the stream (1920x1080)
4) For the sound part I have 1 x RODE Wireless Go and 1 x RODE Wireless GO II which adds up to 2 receivers and 3 transmitters (microphones)
The thing causing my minor headache is the sound because I want sound on all four people.
My plan is to put two microphones (the Wireless Go II transmitters) on two people and connect the receiver to my Mac via USB. Then I want to use the third and final microphone (the Wireless Go transmitter) with a RODE Interview GO Handheld for the last two people to use and connect this receiver to my Mac via the Built-in Microphone (aux) port.
This brings me to OBS. In Settings and Sound EVERYTHING is set as 'deactivated' under Global Sound. Then I have made a scene in OBS for the live stream (with the visual signal from my iPhones) where I have created two sound input sources (see below):
Will this work just fine?
To sum up, this means that I will have two iPhones connected via USB, one RODE Wireless transmitter connected via USB and one RODE Wireless transmitter connected via the Built-in Microphone (aux) port. It might be a stupid question but will this ever be too much for my old Mac?
