Question / Help Using ROXIO Video Capture USB as a Video Source

Hello does anyone here use or made OBS recognize ROXIO VIDEO CAPTURE USB
I am attaching the image of the USB splitter. Please let me know if this is possible.
I do not see it in the Video Device drop down when setting up the source.

Make sure the driver for this device has the same bitness (32 bit or 64 bit) as the bitness of OBS.

try installing the software that came with the device that should install the necessary drivers
